Founder and Principal Consultant
Jotore Aviation Consulting was founded by Craig Reid to provide independent technical advisory to airlines, MROs, and aviation businesses that need experienced engineering leadership without the cost or complexity of a large consultancy.
Craig's background spans 36 years in aviation maintenance and engineering, including senior leadership roles within Part 42 CAMO and Part 145 AMO environments, safety management system development, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance across Australian and international operations. He has worked with major airline groups, regional operators, and MRO organisations, and brings direct experience of what works, and what doesn't, in both well-resourced and constrained operating environments.
Jotore Aviation works with a small number of clients at any one time. Every engagement is led personally by Craig Reid. There are no junior staff, no account managers, and no templated deliverables. The business is based in Melbourne, Victoria, with clients across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
